Within the photo activation industry there are two types. 1. Brand marketing and activation companies that use creative and innovative photobooths 2. More standard party suppliers (often with more off the shelf imports and small range. The latter will attend house parties and smaller events. We are the former and whilst we are in demand for private parties they are usually bigger or significant events.

When you count the varied styles and themes we can achieve we have near 100. When you count physically booths that can do alot of great things we have a 15-20 different kinds of photo booth machines/set ups with many more custom options

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We never have hidden charges. We include props from range in all packages.
Unlimited prints always. With us you are never hiring just one set up. We bring backups of everything to ensure your event runs perfectly
Backdrops, live streaming, roving event photographers, competition mode integrated in to booths are all optional extras. Setting up a day prior can lock out equipment from hire and can incur an added charge. All else we are very transparent at time of quote and pre-booking, reliably turn up on time and seamlessly and self-sufficiently run the activations at your events.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
We don’t aim to be the cheapest in the market due to the nature of what we offer. Our pricing starts from 4500AED+VAT with most standard shorter events ranging from 5800-10,000AED depending what’s included.
HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP
Most set ups we do 2.5 hours prior to guest arrival and area ready within 30mins to 1 hour to fully set up. Some of hte bigger or more complex set ups or multiple booths take 2 full hours. We can set up earlier if yoru event demands. It may impact pricing to have teams onsite for hours longer or lock out fees for reserving products the day before. Please check with the team re yoru booking needs.
WILL YOU BRING CABLES AND WHAT POWER DO YOU NEED?
Yes always. We have setting up down to an artform so we bring backups of all gear to ensure your event success. We use standard power similarly to plugging in a laptop. Occasionally it is best to have an exclusive source of venue wifi for AI needs, otherwise we are very self sufficient
WHAT IF THE PARTY RUNS OVERTIME. WILL YOU CHARGE US?
We know event life inside out and once you open a photobooth they can be hard to close as so many are having such fun. That’s what we want to happen every event. If the people are still enjoying the booth at close time we often have the event hosts announce the photobooth will soon close and run up to 20 minutes overtime without added charges. Should schedules run late or we look likely not to finish under an extended hour we always give our clients the option to extend
